Cancellation Policy: Effective July 18, 2022
- Please provide a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed a $70 cancellation fee. Botox appointments will be billed a $100 cancellation fee.
- Same-day appointment cancellations and no-show appointments will incur the fee of the scheduled service.
- RF Needling appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without a 5-day notice will be billed as indicated on the signed contract.
